You can load or top-up with cash using the paying-in book provided with the pack you purchased. This service is available FREE at over 2000 high street bank branches.

Cash paid in on a working day (Monday – Friday) will be available for purchases and withdrawal using your Tuxedo card within 2 working days.

Cash paid in on a Saturday will be treated as a Monday pay-in.

You cannot pay-in with cheques or use the sort code and account number on the paying-in book to transfer money into the account.

If you require a new paying-in book (FREE) please call customer care or send the Credit Book re-order form supplied in the book to Tuxedo.

Always ensure that you do not try and deposit funds with a slip that has been spoiled in any way.

Salary & Wages

 

Click here for the form that you need to complete and give your employer in order to receive your Salary or Wages directly onto your Tuxedo Card

Tuxedo will credit your card account immediately cleared funds are received from your employer.

This should take between 1 – 5 days depending when and how it is paid. Most employers will usually try to arrange wage or salary payments to be available at the time expected by the employee.

You can login to your account at any time to check if payment has been received.

 

eMail and Text alerts

You will receive notification by email (FREE) and/or SMS (8p/text) if you elected to be notified when funds are paid into your account when you registered.

If you did not select either of these options and wish to be alerted or if you have changed your email address or mobile number, please call customer care: 0845 241 4276 to register or update your details.
