Buying A Pack

You can purchase your all-in-one prepaid pack from a retailer near to you Click here for our retailer locations. If you are unable to find a retail outlet close by, you can email customercare@debitcard4u.com with your name, address and postal code details or call and we will arrange for one to be sent to you. Tel: 0845 241 4276. Please note that the pack charge will be deducted from the first £20 you load onto your card.

Everything you need to use the service is provided when you purchase your Tuxedo Blue Diamond pack. Just make sure you obtain your secure PIN from the retailer and ensure that the 9 digit account numbers match.

Secure Pack Purchase

You will need to ask the shop attendant for a pack as these are not available in front of the counter. You need to ensure that the Tamper Evident ‘Void’ Sticker on the reverse of the pack has not been opened and that PIN is provided to you in a sealed envelope.

You will be able to identify approved retailers selling Tuxedo products by the point of sale material in store.

To register your Prepaid Maestro® Card complete the simple registration form included in the pack that you have purchased and return it in the reply paid envelope provided.

We will activate your card as soon as you send us your completed registration form and it has been validated.

To register you will need to send ANY of the following:

	Photocopy of Photo Page of your Passport
	All nationalities welcome - Some older style passports may require certification – click here for details.

OR

	Photocopy of document issued by the Immigration and Nationality Directorate
	must include a photo. This documentation needs to be certified - click here for details or call customer care.

OR

	Photocopy of both sides of your Photo ID card
	If issued by an EU country. This documentation needs to be certified - click here for details or call customer care.

Confirm ANY TWO of the following registered in your name
	Home Landline Telephone Number
	Electricity Supply Number
	Full UK Drivers Licence Number
	That you are registered on the Electoral Roll

We aim to activate your account on the same day we receive your registration by calling you to confirm your details.

IMPORTANT: Additional forms are available online.
If you make a mistake or spoil your form and require a new copy, please do not dispose of the form included in your pack as it states your unique account reference. Please return both registration forms to us.
